Hi, I am Priyanka Tamakhuwala. A passionate turned professional Photographer. I hail from the city of Kolkata, which has been home to many artists and the cradle of my journey in the field of photography. I did my basic photography & post-processing course from Kolkata and subsequently moved to Gurgaon to hone my skills through the Art of Fashion and Advertising Photography course from Raghu Rai Center for Photography in Gurgaon.
My favorite equipment are My Eyes. We live in an era that has seen multi-fold technology advancements (smartphones equipped with high MP cameras) though, for me, real photography is above & beyond such gadgets. It is a form of art and like any art form, what matters is not the equipment but the vision & passion infused by the artist, combined with skill-set & experience gained through years of focused learning and diligent practice. Just like any good artist, I strive to deliver a work that is nothing short of a masterpiece.
MY STYLE OF WORKING: Quality & Client Satisfaction
It is meaningless to provide a plethora of photographs none of which capture the purpose for which the client has undertaken the shoot. My focus is to provide photographs, each of which is distinct and curated towards the client’s requirement. Prior to any shoot, I like to have an interactive session with the client to figure out their expectation & preferences and follow up with intensive research to decide the structure of the shoot that combines the client’s expectations & my creativity to deliver a truly exclusive and amazing experience for them.

Priyanka is a thorough professional when it comes to her work and has an eye for detail that is hard to find otherwise. She worked with me for my maternity shoot and did a wonderful job. Being a new mom is a roller coaster ride in itself and with all the feelings that emerged for my new love (Bhumika – my daughter), I took up another challenge to have professional photoshoot every month 😰. I would say this challenge became a smooth ride when I found Priyanka. I really enjoyed the whole experience starting from conversations to what we want and actually doing those shoots every month. The most interesting part was that we really used to look forward to when we would receive photos from her and to no surprise, every time we would just say WOW. Priyanka has put in lot of efforts starting from chasing me a lot 😜 from planning till selection of photos. Also I really appreciate how accomodating she has been as photoshoots with an infant are not easy and you need lot of patience.
